I have had chronic migraines for 40 years ! I had surgeries for migraines and sinus surgery and Botox , I tried all the preventative medicines and nothing helped ! I started taking aimovig shots once a month and got them down to maybe 13 or so a month . Then I read about the Texas Migraine Clinic and decided to try it as I was desperate! I started the treatments and had almost immediate results! Now if I keep up with my exercises I am down to 1 a month !

I just recently finished my appointments with Dr. Turner via Zoom. I have had chronic migraine since I was 13 years old and have tried countless things to help: neurologists and MRIs, medicine (prescription and natural supplements), chiropractic care, diet changes, and avoiding triggers to try and reduce them and get rid of them. There were sometimes I could see improvement, but nothing was fixing them. I am a mom to two kids, and was feeling pretty hopeless about balancing being a mom with migraines and all the residual side effects that come with them. Also, I had been told by neurologists that because my migraines were genetic, they are something that I will just have to live with forever. I was desperate one day trying to find help after having three migraines in one week, that's when I found Texas migraine clinic. The claims seemed too good to be true, and I was pretty skeptical honestly. But, being desperate enough, decided to do the consultation at least. During the consultation, two things were very clear to me, Dr. Turner is an expert in his field, and he cares about his patients. I have just completed all my appointments and I'm amazed by the results so far. Not only have I not had a migraine, but my daily headaches, head pressure, vision disturbances, and nausea have decreased as well. I feel more normal and free than I have in many years. I am really grateful for Dr. Turner and how he has pursued a way to heal migraines from the root cause, not just minimizing a symptom. I will always recommend him to any friends struggling with migraines, I honestly just wish I would have found him sooner. I am only six weeks in from the start of treatment, and well I have seen much improvement- I would love to update this review later on with how I'm doing. I learned a great deal about what could be causing my migraines. I can't say yet if it's working because my migraines are sometimes months apart. After going to several different Doctors over several years, I was hesitant to see one more. It was the best thing that I could have ever done. Give it a shot because you have nothing to lose - only to gain. Dr Turner is so knowledgeable. You have to trust him and the process. Do the exercises he recommends. I learned a lot about some of the things I never knew I could do on my own to help. I also learned about habits I had developed that were also contributing to my headaches. My life has been better because of it and I’m sure if you have migraines yours will be better too.

All I can say is if you’re on the fence about Dr. Turners method, JUST DO IT! I suffered for almost 8 years with debilitating migraines and my life just felt so messed up because of the worry if when, how I will get a migrane. Did I eat something wrong ETC. Not only did my headaches go away but he teaches you how to track them and the triggers which is Pricesless as a yoga practitioner and exercise fanatic I love to learn how to help myself without pills. I have been very impressed with Dr Turner and staff. Patients are given great individualized,compassionate care. I have followed docs orders and I am definitely feeling relief from my vestibular migraines. I started at a pain/symptom level of a 7 and was at 0 pain level today.I didn't realize my first consult was free until I contacted the office, which was a bonus. I was referred by another VM patient who is doing incredibly well a year after starting her treatment with Dr.Turner. I highly recommend!! I have waited over a year to review this clinic to ensure that my results would last. After a year, I can say that I’ve used an abortive migraine therapy only three times. Previously I was using my medicine three times a week when I was having migraines. I am a medical provider and have trouble trusting anything that isn’t mainstream medicine, but this treatment honestly changed my life. Previously I had tried medications, chiropractic care, and Botox injections (for over three years) without lasting relief. I did the zoom version of this clinic’s treatment. It truly did eliminate my migraines. So thankful to have found this clinic.

I came across the information for the Texas Migraine Clinic after several different neurologists, several different migraine medications, and at least two other non traditional therapies, and no success. After watching the informative video, I learned I was Dr. Turner’s “average” patient: almost the same number of specialists, drug therapies, alternative therapies, even the average age (plus 1), so I decided to give it a try. The zoom sessions were informative and easy to follow; I didn’t even feel like there was a need to be seen in person. This program was the game changer for me. With all therapies, things may get more difficult before they get better, but they will get better. I feel confident that I am set up to make sure things dont go back to the way were upon graduation. And the best part? The staff! Dr Turner was friendly and compassionate, Annabelle was incredibly kind, and anyone else I spoke with treated me with a smile. Cannot recommend enough.

I was skeptical about the treatment at first, but as you can read with all other reviews, it really does work with almost everyone.I've had migraines for only 3 years, but I was already at my wit's end with my most recent migraine and was researching other options when TMC popped up. Scheduled the first free consultation and I started to feel pressure relief immediately. Not only have I not had a migraine since starting, but I also haven't been waking up with small sinus pressure headaches I normally wake up with everyday. They're very professional and listen to what you say is happening and what you're feeling to move forward. Highly recommend!

TX Migraine Clinic offered me a new, non prescription treatment to incorporate into my daily routine that has helped address the frequency of my migraines. It has been helpful to learn about how the anatomy and spinal discs play an important part in causing headaches for me. After 40 years of migraines occurring 6-8 days a month, I've finally found relief! I've been migraine-free for the last 5 months as a result of Dr. Turner's treatment. I will admit that I was very skeptical, after having no results from visiting neurologists, chiropractors, pain clinics, etc., over the years with no cure - only treatment of symptoms. Before TMC , I had an average of 25 headache days a month with 10-15 being migraine days. I personally felt a difference from the initial consultation. What I appreciate about TMC is they are not looking to waste your time, keep seeing you indefinitely, etc. From the initial consultation, I was made aware that their program works for some and not for others and it should be clear based off the consultation if it could work for me. After the consultation , I received an email with my personal plan (I don’t know if it’s the same for everyone but for me it was 6 weeks). They do not accept insurance but seeing that it had an “end date” I felt like it was manageable. I would compare the program somewhat to remote physical therapy. They explain how to do exercises and you do them on your own. I was very committed to doing them. My personal results is I’ve gone from 25 headache days a month to 2. That alone is enough reason for me to recommend TMC. I’m addition, some symptoms I related to my allergies improved (sinus pressure), as did my TMJ. For reference purposes, prior to TMC I went to a chiropractor for 2 years and PT for 1 year with no long lasting results.
