I started treatment with Dr. Turner And Mr. Horton back in October 2021. I suffered from headaches every day and migraines with increasing frequency averaging 3-4 days a week. I always had a hormonal headache for the week before my period. I also had TMJ pain and clicking, ear fullness, lightheadedness and sinus pain and pressure almost daily. These ailments were impacted my ability to work and perform even daily activities so I had upcoming appointments with both an ENT and neurology scheduled when I stumbled across Texas Migraine Institute. I started sessions right away all through Zoom. Within weeks I was amazed at how much better ALL of my symptoms were. Dr. Turner and his office staff are professional and very pleasant to interact with. Mr. Horton performed my sessions while Dr. Turner did the initial evaluation and follow up. They all seem to really care and want to resolve all if your issues. I rarely get headaches maybe one day before my period and I haven't had a migraine in over 3 months. Needles to say I canceled my other appointments and have been able to decrease my allergy and sinus medicine. Highly recommend to ANYONE who suffers from migraines well worth the expense and so easy to complete the sessions from anywhere. The home exercises take only A few minutes a day and can be done anywhere with no equipment. Texas migraine institute changed my life!

Dr. T is amazing. He helped not only myself with my migraines, but my husband with his back pain. My migraines were so bad I was in 10 out of 10 pain more n more frequently daily & going to urgent care etc. I was better within weeks! Then I took a hard forward fall and ended up with migraines again a year and half later. I contacted Dr T. once again (in April 2021) in severe pain and again he helped figure out where my pain is coming from and what I need to do to get better. Here I am in June now instead of having a migraine almost every single day I haven't had one in weeks. He is patient and listens unlike most doctors. It was a safe, effective, natural CURE not a masking of the pain, which is really important to me. Now my kids aren't constantly asking me "Mommy, your head hurts?" and I can enjoy my time with them. I'm so grateful for the service I got with Dr Turner @ the migraine clinic! Oh and don't let me forget Annabelle who handles his payments, appointments, etc. She's soooo sweet and kind!

It was great discovering Texas Migraine Clinic. Dr. Turner and his staff was easy going, knowledgeable and compassionate to work with . I had been suffering from multiple Hemiplegic Migraines each month and since seeing them I have been migraine free. Dr. Turner has helped tremendously in alleviating my symptoms. I began to notice an improvement immediately from the first assessment. I have only be doing the program for about 6 weeks, but have noticed a big difference. I look forward to continuing my exercises and making more progress.

I came to Dr. Turner desperate for some type of relief. I was having headaches pretty much daily and crippling migraines 2-3x a week. I’ve been on meds for them since I was 15 and felt like I had tried everything. Dr. Turner got to the root of the issue! He is so knowledgeable and genuinely a great guy. I had been dealing with headaches for over 20 years. I would go pain free for small amounts of time but never completely rid of them. I relied on OTC medication to decrease the symptoms and went to multiple doctors trying to find a lasting solution and never found one. After Dr. Turner's treatments I am finally living without constant headaches. He explained everything very thoroughly throughout the process and the ability to conduct most of appointments via face time was great. Not worrying how severe my headache will be today or the headache ruining the day especially after a hard workout has been awesome.

I have taken every class of oral medication, infusions, and botox shots. Dr. Turner and his staff are great to work with and you don't have to go to their office. I am in central Mexico, so all of my treatment took place via zoom. I am off botox and all other migraine meds now. It has been life changing!

I came to Dr Turner very very skeptical that this would work for me. Honestly I thought it was a scam. I have suffered from a rare type of migraine called vestibular migraine which is charecterized by dizziness and not head pain. Vestibular migraine has been so debilitating to me that I have gone periods where I was unable to walk. I had to stop working, driving, cooking, cleaning, leaving the house... I had zero quality of life for nearly 2 years. BUT now after a few months of working with Dr Turner and Dr Horton I have gotten a huge part of my life back. I can now do things I haven't done in many years with confidence. Dr turner really addressed the very strange symptoms I had going on. He is a mechanical genius. His program is very simple but powerfully effective. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. This is not an inexpensive service but I would have given them everything I have knowing I could get my life back.

Dr Turner is a great doctor. He healed me from chronic migraines and lower back pain. I have been migraine free for almost 3 years. Dr Turner and his assistant taught me how to move my body in simple ways that relieve the pain in my neck and head, as well as in my lower back. I do this simple 90 second exercises everyday to stay pain free. I like that Dr. Turner wants to heal you not just treat you and drain your bank. I highly recommend this doctor! He has a gift of healing! 😀

My son suffering from cluster headaches was really at the end of his rope when we miraculously stumbled upon the clinic and Dr.Turner. Medication was a temporary relief and nothing ever took his headaches away completely. Day 1 of treatment was when we knew that our answer was found. After several treatments, my son has now been headache and medication free. What a wonderful staff and doctor! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I had been getting migraines for a few years prior to seeing Dr. Turner. Every other Dr. I went to treated the migraines with everything from triptans, to anticonvulsants, to Botox. He's the only Dr. who determined a cause and treated the cause. Treatment is simple and non-invasive. It's amazing that this isn't a wide spread practice. A DOCTOR WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO HEAL YOU!!!!

I have struggled with migraines for over 30 years and don’t like taking medication so I thought I would try a different approach. Dr Turner is very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. After only one visit I noticed an improvement on some of my symptoms. Others have taken a bit longer. I highly recommend Dr Turner. His staff is easy to work with, especially Annabelle. I suffer from vestibular migraine, and I don’t want to be tied to prescription medication for the rest of my life. I wanted to heal as naturally as I can, and Dr. Turner helped me get my life back on track. While I still have some vertigo issues, my symptoms have gotten significantly better since I began with TMC in late December 2020. I have a couple more months until I “graduate” from my exercises, but I am hopeful for what the future holds. All of the TMC crew are wonderful and super quick to respond to any questions. I first visited Dr. Turner four years ago when my migraines had gotten to the point that I was no longer living a normal life. I was stuck in a pattern of pain and frustration, and had tried every other medication, treatment, or pain plan in the book. After a pleading Facebook post, a friend told me about Dr. Turner and how much he had helped her. I made an appointment immediately and started feeling better within the first week. Within 3 months, I had my normal life back again! A few months ago, I started having symptoms again (after 4 years of blissful relief) and made another trip to see Dr. Turner. Once again he has worked his magic and I am back on the road to recovery. I thank my lucky stars every day that I met Dr. Turner - his physical therapy plan is a God-send!

Dr. Turner is amazing! I’ve had migraines for at least 10 years and he helped me a lot! The exercises he gave me felt silly at first, but were actually very helpful in the process of getting rid of my migraines. I highly recommend him!

This has been a life changing process and I can’t recommend Dr. Turner and the amazing staff at Texas Migraine Clinic enough. I’ve suffered with migraines for decades and have taken meds for almost 20 years, to the point I was about to inject another med into my stomach for relief. Dr. Turner turned my life around and did it without having to take any medication. I am forever grateful for what Dr.Turner Has done for me.

Before TMC , I had an average of 25 headache days a month with 10-15 being migraine days. I personally felt a difference from the initial consultation. What I appreciate about TMC is they are not looking to waste your time, keep seeing you indefinitely, etc. From the initial consultation, I was made aware that their program works for some and not for others and it should be clear based off the consultation if it could work for me. After the consultation , I received an email with my personal plan (I don’t know if it’s the same for everyone but for me it was 6 weeks). They do not accept insurance but seeing that it had an “end date” I felt like it was manageable. I would compare the program somewhat to remote physical therapy. They explain how to do exercises and you do them on your own. I was very committed to doing them. My personal results is I’ve gone from 25 headache days a month to 2. That alone is enough reason for me to recommend TMC. I’m addition, some symptoms I related to my allergies improved (sinus pressure), as did my TMJ. For reference purposes, prior to TMC I went to a chiropractor for 2 years and PT for 1 year with no long lasting results.

When I started with Dr. Turner I could barely tilt my head up. I had alot of pain and grinding and popping in my neck along with my migraines. In a short amount of time I have resolved most all of my neck pain and regained a high degree of my neck mobility. I have seen a significant improvement in my related headaches and head pain.

I’ve had migraines ever since childhood. I’ve tried multiple medications to decrease their frequency with no relief. Almost immediately I noticed improvement with Texas Migraine Clinic. After 6 weeks of treatment my migraine frequency and intensity has been drastically reduced. I’ve gone the past several weeks without a single headache.
